From Dreaming to Quantum Field

We explore the profound conceptual intersections between Aboriginal Tjukurpa (Dreaming) cosmology and modern quantum field theory. By comparing the teachings of Yankunytjatjara Elder Tjilpi Bob Randall with David Bohm’s implicate order, we argue that both systems describe reality as an interconnected, vibrating field of potential. We highlight how the Indigenous principle of Kanyini, or unconditional love and responsibility, serves as an ethical counterpart to the physical concept of coherence in relational physics. Ultimately, we suggests that these two distinct traditions converge on a shared metaphysical truth: that the universe is a dynamic, participatory whole where matter and consciousness are fundamentally inseparable. These perspectives offer a unified vision of existence where the act of belonging is both a scientific law and a moral obligation.
