Research Focus

We propose a scientific framework for the Hero’s Journey, reframing Joseph Campbell’s mythological pattern as a fundamental physical process of reality. Using a double-torus topology, we suggest that transformation is a lawful movement of energy and information that oscillates between individual localization and collective reintegration. Visual diagrams and academic text illustrate how systems emerge from a generative field, intensify through coherence thresholds, and eventually collapse to return their “boon” to a shared informational field. This model integrates relational physics and quantum-mind theories to argue that the journey is a scale-invariant geometry of how reality perpetually recreates itself. We present this as an ontological process where personal evolution contributes to the continuous renewal of universal potential.
