We explore Indigenous ontologies, specifically the Anangu concept of Tjukurrpa, as a living law that connects land, kinship, and consciousness. By comparing these traditional teachings with quantum theories, the author challenges Western views that treat the mind as a private, internal state. Instead, we argue that consciousness is a relational condition defined by ethical obligations and a deep participation in the natural world. Our work suggests that true personhood is inseparable from ecological responsibility and the maintenance of ancestral connections.
